Terms of Service

By accessing or using NexDrive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NexDrive provides scheduled transportation services in the Orlando and Central Florida area. We offer ride booking through our website. NexDrive is a scheduled ride service — all rides require advance booking. We are not an on-demand service.

Rides must be booked at least 90 minutes in advance through our platform. A ride is confirmed once your driver accepts it; until then it is a request. You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. If you cancel a confirmed ride less than 2 hours before pickup, a $5 late-cancellation fee applies. If you are not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and cannot be reached, the ride may be marked a no-show and a fee of up to $5 charged. If we cannot fulfil your ride, your hold is released or you are refunded in full.

All pricing is shown in full before you confirm a booking. NexDrive does not use surge or demand-based pricing. Your quoted total is the maximum you will be charged for the trip as booked; changes you request (extra stops, a different destination, extended waiting) may be priced separately with your agreement. For rides scheduled within 6 days, your card is authorized at booking and charged when the ride is completed. For rides further out, your card is charged at booking and refunded per the cancellation terms. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; NexDrive never sees or stores your full card number. Tips are optional and 100% go to the driver.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and pickup/drop-off locations. Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your ride.

NexDrive operates in the Orlando and Central Florida area. Service availability depends on driver schedule and advance notice. We reserve the right to decline bookings based on availability. Weather, traffic, and other factors may affect estimated arrival and travel times.

NexDrive provides transportation services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
