By accessing or using NexDrive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NexDrive provides scheduled transportation services in the Orlando and Central Florida area. We offer ride booking through our website and mobile application. NexDrive is a scheduled ride service — all rides require advance booking. We are not an on-demand service.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Rides must be booked in advance through our platform. We recommend booking at least 2 hours before your desired pickup time. Cancellations made before the driver departs will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is displayed transparently before you confirm a booking. NexDrive does not use surge pricing. Prices are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable discounts. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking. Tips are optional and 100% go to the driver.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information and pickup/drop-off locations. Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your ride.

6. Service Availability

NexDrive operates in the Orlando and Central Florida area. Service availability depends on driver schedule and advance notice. We reserve the right to decline bookings based on availability. Weather, traffic, and other factors may affect estimated arrival and travel times.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexDrive provides transportation services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
